So as Izaskun mentioned before, we are planning to disappear after the wedding to South America. As of a few minutes we have finally arranged the destinations that we will be going. The list is:

The itinerary for South America

Mexico City – Mexico Tulum (via Cancun) – Mexico Panama City – Panama Quito – Equator (this will include a trip to the Galapagos Islands) Lima – Peru Cuzco – Peru (for Machu Picchu) Rio De Janeiro – Brazil

Next step now is just to find some places to stay, but at least we know where we are going… oh and yes we will need to watch out for those grumpy llamas.
